Wexford County Council are partnering with Mythen Construction to provide new homes in ‘Radharc na Beannoige’, Ramsfort Park, Gorey under the Affordable Purchase Scheme - providing new homes to purchase at a reduced price for first-time buyers. The scheme will be comprised of 20 A Rated homes. The application portal will open on Wednesday, 12th of February 2025 10.00am.
In advance of the launch, Wexford County Council will host an Affordable Housing Webinar, Wednesday 29th January 2025 at 7.00pm.
The event is intended to:
- assist applicants ‘Local Authority Purchase Scheme’
- provide an overview of the RNB scheme
- step by step of the application process
