Annual assessment of rent
All tenants of Wexford County Council will receive a letter in January 2025 requesting details on their current household and income. The form should be returned within 2 weeks of receiving the letter. Any changes in rent as a result of this review will not take effect until 20th July 2025.
From 27th January 2025 you complete and submit your 2025 Rent Review form online on our Payment Portal. Please visit https://wexfordcoco.myselfserv.ie to register your account. Registration is quick and easy. You will need your Wexford County Council 6-digit customer account number and a mobile phone number or email address.
The Payment Portal allows you to manage your rent account online with safe and secure access to your account information, 24 / 7. You can set up a weekly / fortnightly / monthly recurring card payment plan, view how your weekly charge is calculated and view your account balance and transaction history.
