People living in Ireland who wish to offer accommodation to help Ukrainians can register to do so here.
Commercial Offers of Accommodation to Ukrainian BOTPs
This process is managed by the Dept. of Children (DCEDIY)
With the offers of serviced accommodation, DCEDIY enter into agreed contracts with service providers, and they maintain and manage all contracts.
- All Offers of commercial accommodation must be submitted to this Department using this MS form. Offers through any other channel will not be accepted.
- DCEDIY will triage and assess the offering and will contact the service provider to discuss further.
- New offer submission guidelines are available on www.Gov.ie for providers to self-assess the validity of their offer, against the Department's criteria.
If your offer relates to sites or a building in need of refurbishment, please share details with the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage via this email address: humanitarianresponse@housing.gov.ie
Please note the DCEDIY do not take on private houses or apartments due to the potential impact on the housing/rental market.
Your offer will be prioritised based on the number of rooms being offered, date of availability and location, etc.
