In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint the conditions of the Print Service for non-profit Arts Organisations have been revised
Revised Conditions of Print Service for non-profit Arts Organisations
- The print service is available to non-profit making arts organisations / groups only, for events taking place in Wexford.
- All requests for printing must be made through the Arts Department
- The print service is available for the printing of:
o Posters
o Flyers
o Tickets
o Programmes - Print requests will only be accepted in electronic formats (by email…hard copy documents will not be considered)
- Print jobs must be fully typeset, formatted and ready to print at least two weeks before the finished job is required
- Print jobs must be fully proofed before delivery to the Arts Department as printing will not be reproduced
- Print jobs are to be submitted in one of the following formats:
o MS Word
o Quark Xpress
o MS Publisher
o JPG
o PDF - Wexford County Council’s logo must be acknowledged on all printed material see here
- Limited quantities of full color work available, i.e.:
- A3 Posters – Max 100
- A4 Posters – Max 100
- A5 Flyers – Max 300
- Programmes – Max 200 x A5 (max. of 12 pages) excluding sponsorship advertising. (Names of sponsors can be listed on the programme)
Please note: If all poster & flyer sizes are requested, the maximum available quantity is half of each listed maximum.
We ask all groups to be mindful of their carbon footprint when requesting this print service.
- The printing service cannot be guaranteed throughout the year. Please note that throughout the year, internal departmental print jobs take precedence over any external requests. Due to annual leave arrangements in the months of June, July and August and other holiday periods, please contact the Arts Department to enquire about the availability of the service
