Strong and Steady - Falls Prevention for Older Adults Programme supported by Healthy Wexford through the Healthy Ireland Fund.
This 12-week programme caters for older adults who have a history of falls and a fear of falling. It uses a mixture of chair based and standing exercise to work on endurance, mobility, balance and strength to improve participant’s confidence in their movement.
Places are limited and registration is subject to a health screening questionnaire.
